(Areas to include Hermitage, Meadville, Sharon, and Saxonburg, PA.
Other areas as assigned.
) The MDS Float will support various facilities on behalf of Embassy Healthcare and be willing to travel regularly and/or work remotely depending on the location assigned by the corporate MDS team.
Please note, this is NOT a fully remote position, and the ideal candidate will live near Hermitage, PA.

Job Description:
Conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the resident assessment, including the implementation of CAAs and Triggers.
Maintain and periodically update written policies and procedures that govern the development, use and implementation of the resident assessment (MDS) and care plan.
Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
