We are looking for a Computer Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues, as well as installing and configuring operating systems and applications.
The successful candidate will also be able to provide technical support to end users, diagnose and repair computer systems, and maintain system security.
We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Travel to customer homes to diagnose, repair, and maintain various electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and other consumer electronics.
Conduct thorough assessments of customers' devices to identify the root cause of issues and provide accurate repair estimates.
Perform repairs efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Replace damaged parts and components as needed, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in electronic devices and repair techniques.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the repair process.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, including parts used, repairs performed, and customer information.
