Responsibilities:
Responds to service inquiries and customer service issues from clients.
Implements new services and new deposit accounts.
Handles maintenance requests for services and deposit products.
Maintains client files.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School or GED with one year of experience is required.
Associate's degree preferred.
Must be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requires excellent customer service skills.
Required the ability to use general office equipment and job-related software.
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate:
