Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations - Manage a team - Coordinate with clients to plan and execute events, including menu selection and setup - Ensure food production meets quality standards and is delivered on time - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Assist in the training and development of catering staff - Collaborate with other departments, such as hotel management and banquet services, to ensure seamless event execution Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the catering or hotel industry - Strong knowledge of food production and catering operations - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Exceptional customer service skills - Knowledge of bartending and coffee preparation is a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Note:
