As a Parts Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service to all customers and assist in stocking and organization of parts equipment.
Qualifications:
MS Office and other computer knowledge preferred Accurate and consistent data-entry skills Prior knowledge of small engine and two-cycle equipment High-school diploma
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter customer and product information into business systems Receive and process payments Assist in inventory audits Promote and sell products and/or services to meet customer needs Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing inventory in their proper locations Assists in keeping the parts department clean and orderly Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the Parts Manager Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and making sure all vehicles are in good working order Measures of Performance:
The following will be used to evaluate the performance of the Parts Associate.
Management objectives may be assigned to further measure and reward top performance.
