- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Prepare tables for new guests, including setting silverware, napkins, and condiments - Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining - Assist with food preparation and plating as needed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences - Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change Note:
