Now hiring in Hermitage, PA Customer Service Account Manager - Personal Insurance Our client is a reliable insurance agency that works with individuals and businesses across Pennsylvania and OhioThey specialize in commercial, business, personal, auto and homeowner insurance coverageTheir focus is on providing personalized attention and quality customer service to create an experience that is difficult to find in today's insurance marketThey are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual to join their team as a personal line's customer service / account manager for an existing book of businessAgents work as ambassadors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on their assigned book of businessThe selected individual will have a well-developed phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations, a social and positive personality, a self-starter and a proactive problem solverDuties will include day to day service needs, including but not limited to endorsements, renewal processing, claims, coverage questions, attending renewal meetings, and billing questions
Responsibilities:
o Answer incoming calls from clients with service needso Willing to spend time taking inbound calls& making outbound callso Meet with existing clients as needed to review insurance service needso Deliver exceptional service to existing clients
Qualifications:
o Prior Customer Service experience, preferably in insurance o Experience with standard business applications including MS Officeo Critical thinking, proactive attitude, and strong communication skillso Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solvingo Strong written and verbal communication skillso Ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customerso Self-motivated and driveno BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred but not necessary
